Principal's Update

Dear Trottier Community,

I want to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our Trottier staff.

First, a huge thank-you to our sixth-grade team and the chaperones who attended Nature’s Classroom on Wednesday and Thursday. Providing these opportunities for our students takes a great deal of planning, thoughtfulness, and coordination. The weather was beautiful, our students were fully engaged, and it was wonderful to see them enjoying time together, trying new things, and making memories outside of the school building. Please take a moment to reach out to the teachers and chaperones who helped make this trip such a success. A little gratitude and appreciation can go a long way!

On Friday, we hosted our annual Fun Run. I want to give a special thank-you to Mr. Butterfield and Mr. Felo for organizing this event each year. Their hard work and dedication make this tradition possible, and it was a great way for us to come together as a Trottier community before the long weekend. A special thank-you as well to SOS for supporting the event and providing water and popsicles for our students.

Thank you to everyone who continues to make Trottier such a special place for our students.
Please enjoy the long weekend and this wonderful fall weather.

Let’s make it a great one!

Week's Schedule

7th Grade Boundless Adventure Trip

7th Grade Families:

Staff and I look forward to the upcoming day trip to Boundless Adventures on Thursday October 22nd.

Our team is preparing for the trip and will discuss the logistics with students during an upcoming class. There are three items that need to be completed by parents/ guardians prior to the trip.

  1. Boundless waiver (must be done so students can participate)
  2. School permission form (verifying by parents that your child can attend)
  3. Payment (the cost is $53 to be paid through Unipay)

I ask that all three of these items be done by Friday October 9th, 2026.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.

Thank You,
Mr. Kittelson

Please Complete Back to School Forms

How do I get started?
Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal

Select the student you wish to register along the top.
Select the Returning Student Forms (2026-2027) icon on the left side navigation menu.
Enter your student birth date to authenticate.
Complete the form.

I have never logged in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
For families who have never created a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, you will receive detailed instructions with your student’s access code in a separate email. If you have any questions, please email jdavies@nsboro.k12.ma.us or jmarshall@nsboro.k12.ma.us.

I can’t remember my login for the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you aren’t able to retrieve your login credentials using the “Forgot username or Password” link on the Sign In page, please email jdavies@nsboro.k12.ma.us or jmarshall@nsboro.k12.ma.us.

Do I have to answer all the questions?
No, but some questions are marked "Required" and must be answered before you can submit your form.

What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “Previous” and “Next” buttons or if you are on the Review page select the underlined field.  If you have already submitted the form you will need to contact your student’s school so they can make the changes for you.

I’ve completed the form, now what?
Once you have finished entering your information select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot select this button you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, you will need to provide information that is specific to each child.  We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another.
